Introduction
The current economic situation requires existing PROFIBUS plants, more than ever, to run 24-7 with high productivity and low operational costs. Simple and combined tools are required to reduce shutdowns to a minimum. If a plant has invested in the PBT3, it is limited to DP only and there is no integrated solution for busmonitoring and I/O testing.
